Important Dates

2024 – 2025

August 1, 2024 – Last day to decrease your fall meal plan

August 21, 2024 – Fall 2024 meal plans begin

September 30, 2024 – Last day to increase/upgrade your fall meal plan

December 15, 2024 – Last day for fall 2024 meal plans

January 2, 2025 – Last day to decrease your spring 2025 meal plan

January 11, 2025 – Spring 2025 meal plans begin

January 31, 2025 – Last day to increase/upgrade your spring 2025 meal plan

May 8, 2025 – Last day for spring 2025 meal plans

 

All Funds and Plans

purchased for use in Deacon Dining are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. Meals may not be bought or sold. The Deacon Dining funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate.

Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all Deacon Dining funds and plans will expire at the end of the school year. If a guest chooses to not participate in a meal plan for the spring semester, food dollars will not roll over to the next semester.

MEAL SWIPES

Meal Swipes can be used in our residential dining halls. Once you swipe in, you can enjoy an all-you-care-to-eat meal.

FOOD DOLLARS

Food Dollars come with your meal plan. These can be used at any Deacon Dining facility working on the same principle as a debit card. Food Dollars carry over from Fall to Spring and expire at the end of the school year.

OLD GOLDS

An Old Gold is a set retail combo that can be used at our on-campus retail locations. You can typically get an entrée, side, and drink.

DEACON DOLLARS

Though Deacon Dollars do not come with any of our meal plans, this Wake Forest University tender can be used at any of our dining locations. They can also be used at several campus shops.
