Meet Our Sustainability Team

Quin Wolters

Quin Wolters is a Wake Forest University alumna and serves as the Sustainability Coordinator for Harvest Table. In her role, she collaborates closely with Wake Forest’s Office of Sustainability, Campus Kitchen and Deacon Dining to monitor food usage and waste, oversee food sourcing, and advance sustainability initiatives across campus.


Isabella Gerace

Isabella is the Dining Engagement Intern at Wake Forest University for the 2024-2025 academic year. She is a senior from Pennsylvania completing an Environmental & Sustainability Studies and Spanish dual degree. She decided on this pursuit after taking an intro-level environmental course in her first year at Wake Forest. A driven undergraduate, Isabella founded a student organization to cultivate sustainable stewardship and eco-conscious behaviors on campus. She is eager to expand her professional skills and knowledge in higher-education sustainability as well as fuel her passion for sustainable dining.


Maddy Wecker

Maddy is a Senior here at Wake Forest, and she is our Carbon Reduction and Dining Intern. She studies Biology with minors in Environmental Studies, Chemistry and Entrepreneurship.
