Deacon Dining Marketing Request Information

Table Tents are valid upon approval by the Marketing Department of Wake Forest University Dining Services:

Sizing and Materials

Tents must be printed on 100% post-consumer card stock paper. Each table tent must have three sides and must fold into a triangle. Anything but this format will be removed. They must be less than 4″ (width) x 11″ (height) unfolded each. The signing group/advertiser may using the template here.

Scheduling

tables are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Tables with tents already on them are considered reserved. Promotion periods will run from Monday through Saturday and only one announcement can be reserved per week. Please, reserve your promotion period two weeks in advance.

Placement and Quantity

The represented group/advertiser is responsible for placing their table tents when the location(s) in question open on Monday. Table tents will be removed after the dinner meal each Saturday or when they become dirty and/or torn. Only one table tent is allowed per table. Up to two locations are allowed per promotion. The advertiser can place up to the allocated amount of total table tents distributed at these two locations.

Group/Advertiser Qualifications and Responsibilities

The group/advertiser will be responsible for adhering to the following:

  1. Sourcing materials, designing, printing, and placement of the table tents.
  2. Table tents are not for the purpose of advertising for any unaffiliated or external (non-university) companies, products, groups, events, etc. without Wake Forest University Deacon Dining Marketing Department approval. In addition, student groups must be officially recognized by the Wake Forest Office of Student Development.
  3. Table tents are not to be used for political campaigning.
  4. Table tents cannot be discriminatory in regard to race, religion, color, national origin, age, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, height, weight, marital status, disabled veteran status, veteran status, arrest record, or disability. Alcohol and drug references, content and graphics are also prohibited. It is the discretion of the Wake Forest University Deacon Dining Marketing Department to remove and/or deny placement of table tents if they are deemed offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate.

The marketing department reserves the right to discard table tents, deny table tent content and bar groups/advertisers.
