How we Honor our Team
We believe in the importance of recognizing those who overcome adversity and show up every day with their best. We select a few individuals each month to be the recipients of awards, provide mentoring and give our staff the freedom to grow and share their expertise with our guests. I Make a Difference
Each month, a staff member is chosen and recognized for making a difference both on the team and in a guests' life. From greeting our guests by name at each station to going the extra mile to assist colleagues, this award comes with a framed certificate of excellence and a feature on our social media and marketing screens. This team member is selected for the Harvest Table Culinary Group’s Apprenticeship Program (ACF Apprenticeship). The program is sponsored by Chief Culinary Officer, Chef Matt Thompson. He/She will be mentored by our Executive Chef and the executive team here at Wake Forest. We are so excited to have this program at WFU.
